Order Confirmation
You will be given a confirmation number immediately after your order has been
successfully submitted. We will also send you an email confirmation including
all of the information you have submitted on your order.
Order Status
If you have a question about the status of an existing order, call our customer
service number at 52613270 or send an email to beesflorist@bigpond.com. Please
have your confirmation number available for prompt service. If we have any difficulties
with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or email.
Delivery Time Requests
We will do everything possible to accommodate a delivery time you have
requested, such as a morning or afternoon delivery. However, we CANNOT
GUARANTEE a time of delivery. The florist has the full business day to deliver
(9AM to 5PM).
Substitution Policy
Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers
may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or
colours may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is
possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for
delivery.
In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of
similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be
made to maintain size, shape, and overall colour schemes of an arrangement, but
there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety
arrangements, variety will take preference over colour.
If a particular flower or container is not available, an item of similar
quality and value will be substituted. If this is not acceptable, and you wish
us to cancel your order if it cannot be delivered as pictured and requested,
then choosing the DO NOT SUBSTITUTE box on the order form will circumvent any
substitutions.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as
soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or
cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on
delivery or prepared. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a
cancellation.
Delivery Information
We are dedicated to delivering your floral orders in a timely manner. The time
of day your order is placed, method of delivery or shipping you choose, weather
conditions, and rural locations can all affect the delivery time and date of an
order. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and
how we process orders.
